Early Discharge?

I received a letter today from the Official Receiver requesting an update of my personal circumstances. It is at their discretion to apply for an early discharge from bankruptcy. They have enclosed an questionnaire for completion within 14 days about income and expenditure. This shouldn't be too difficult because I am now not working and relying on the generosity of the state and friends to survive.

The questionnaire has to be submitted within 14 days or they will not consider early discharge again. I have completed the form and it is waiting to be posted, I want to be discharged. Once the questionnaire is returned the Official Receiver will contact my creditors to inform them I may receive an early discharge and then consider any objections they have.

This may take a few weeks to complete, though I hope my next post will be to tell you that I have been discharged.
